Hydrogen Refueling Solutions: Agreement signed with Azur Datacenter for the sale and lease of the Champagnier headquarters
On August 10, 2026, Hydrogen Refueling Solutions (HRS) announced an agreement with Azur Datacenter for the sale and leaseback of its headquarters in Champagnier, Isère. This transaction, estimated at between €22 and €25 million, includes a long-term lease, allowing HRS to maintain its operations there. The agreement, which is subject to certain approvals, aims to strengthen HRS's cash flow and diversify its business.
Azur Datacenter will invest €360 million in the site and could create up to 100 jobs. The two companies are considering a partnership combining their expertise to develop more energy-efficient data centers. This partnership would help HRS expand its presence in new hydrogen-related markets.
