Hydrogen Refueling Solutions: Monthly update of voting rights
On February 4, 2026, Hydrogen Refueling Solutions (HRS), a company listed on Euronext Growth, published its monthly voting rights report. As of January 31, 2026, the share capital consisted of 19,990,151 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 30,317,908, while the number of exercisable voting rights was slightly lower, at 30,222,306, due to shares without voting rights.
HRS, based in Champagnier, specializes in high-capacity hydrogen refueling stations and has an industrial infrastructure capable of assembling up to 180 stations per year. It also focuses on innovative solutions and advanced maintenance services.
