Hypoport Reports Growth in H1 2026
Berlin-based Hypoport SE announced a 5% increase in gross profit to €138 million in the first half of 2026, compared to the same period last year. The company's EBIT rose by a significant 20% to reach €19.3 million, increasing the EBIT margin from 12% to 14%.
The Real Estate & Mortgage Platforms segment maintained strong performance, contributing €85 million in gross profit, up 4%. The Financing Platforms segment grew by 5% to €34 million, while the Insurance Platforms segment achieved a 10% increase to €17 million.
CEO Ronald Slabke noted the impact of geopolitical tensions but emphasized the company's ability to gain market share. Hypoport forecasts a full-year gross profit of at least €280 million and EBIT of €40-55 million.
