Amendment to Icade's liquidity contract with Rothschild & Co
Icade has announced an amendment to its liquidity contract with Rothschild & Co Global Markets Solutions (Europe) SA, effective from July 1, 2026. This amendment involves a reduction of 3,625,227 euros in the amount of cash allocated to the contract, in order to comply with the ceilings set by AMF decision no. 2021-01 for liquid securities.
Following this transaction, the liquidity account now holds 29,000 securities and €7,271,102 in cash. These adjustments are part of Icade's ongoing efforts to optimize its financial management while complying with applicable regulations.
