ICADE: Monthly update on shares and voting rights

Icade has published an update on its share capital as of June 30, 2026. The total number of shares comprising its share capital is 76,234,545. This figure includes treasury shares, which are excluded from the calculation of the actual number of voting rights. Thus, the actual number of voting rights amounts to 75,797,169.

The theoretical voting rights, which take into account all shares, including those without voting rights, remain identical to the total number of shares, i.e. 76,234,545. This update complies with the requirements of Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation and L.233-8-II of the Commercial Code.
