Icade Releases 2025 Universal Registration Document

Icade announced the release of its 2025 Universal Registration Document (URD), filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on April 2, 2026. This document comprises the Annual Integrated Report, annual financial report with Statutory Auditors’ opinions, sustainability report, corporate governance report, and details on the Property Investment Division’s portfolio. The French version is accessible via Icade's and AMF's websites, while the English version is available solely on Icade's site.

Additionally, Icade presents a Climate Overview detailing its strategy aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative. It outlines objectives for 2030, emphasizing a +1.5°C target and reduction of greenhouse emissions from 2019 to 2025. A Biodiversity Overview highlights their rewilding strategy and 2030 commitments.
