ICADE Reports Monthly Voting Rights and Shares Data

On September 8, 2026, ICADE provided updated information about its voting rights and shares for the month ending August 31, 2026. This disclosure, in line with Articles 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Market Authority and L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code, indicates a total of 76,234,545 issued shares.

The number of real voting rights, excluding treasury shares, stood at 75,835,077. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, matched the total number of issued shares at 76,234,545. These figures are determined by Article 223-11, outlining theoretical voting rights as those attached to all shares, inclusive of non-voting ones.
