Monthly Voting Rights and Shares Update by Icade

On September 11, 2025, Icade released its monthly update on the total number of voting rights and shares, following Articles 223-16 of the French Financial Market Authority's General Regulation and L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code. As of August 31, 2025, Icade reported the issuance of 76,234,545 shares. Out of these, 75,788,579 are real voting rights, excluding treasury shares. The theoretical number of voting rights, which includes treasury shares, remains the same as the total issued shares, at 76,234,545.
