Secure Blockchain Acquires Agentic Solutions, Launches AI Platform

Secure Blockchain Development Corp. has completed the acquisition of Agentic Solutions Limited, an AI technology company. The deal was an all-stock transaction, incorporating Agentic's elizaOS framework, known for its robust AI agent capabilities and over 17,600 stars on GitHub. This acquisition propels Secure Blockchain into the commercial application of elizaOS in public markets, offering unique AI solutions integrated with blockchain technology.

The company has also secured $1.5 million through a non-brokered private placement. Half of this investment came from the Eliza Foundation. Funds will be allocated for AI development, platform enhancement, and general corporate purposes. Furthermore, Secure Blockchain settled $500,000 in debt by issuing 4,444,444 common shares, demonstrating strategic financial management.
