The transaction, dated August 17, 2026, involves the sale of this cybersecurity platform for up to US$529,420, including US$87,913 linked to ongoing customer revenues. A commission of CDN$63,089 will be paid to Transworld Business Advisors for their role in the transaction.
The closing of this sale is contingent on customary conditions, including approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
