Natural Grass strengthens its footprint in sports field renovation with the acquisition of TSE
On June 17, 2025, Natural Grass, a leader in the design and maintenance of high-performance sports surfaces, announced the acquisition of TSE. This transaction, supported by IDI, marks Natural Grass's first external expansion and aims to enhance its offering in the renovation of golf courses and sports fields.
TSE, based in Normandy and Brittany, brings more than ten years of expertise in golf course renovation and turf regeneration. Recognized for its environmentally friendly solutions, the company is joining an international group to strengthen its capabilities.
The Natural Grass and TSE alliance, which brings together nearly 200 employees, aims to address the sporting, economic, and environmental challenges of clubs and communities. This approach is part of Natural Grass's growth strategy, supported by IDI, to strengthen its leadership in sports fields and explore new horizons in the golf sector.
