S4BT strengthens its position by acquiring HotelHub

On February 26, 2026, S4BT, a European group specializing in business travel, announced the acquisition of Travel Centric Technology, the London-based parent company of HotelHub. This transaction allows S4BT to become the world's largest corporate hotel booking platform. The group, which encompasses several brands, now represents more than $5 billion in annual bookings and manages 60,000 reservations per day.

The acquisition supports S4BT's strategy as a single technology partner for Travel Management Companies (TMCs) worldwide. With 700 employees, 50% of whom are dedicated to innovation, S4BT enhances its fare optimization capabilities and operational performance through AI. The transaction also strengthens its presence in the UK and the US.
