Strategic acquisition for the Freeland Group

The Freeland Group announces the acquisition of Mindquest, a technology platform specializing in the recruitment of freelancers in IT and finance. Supported primarily by MML, with assistance from IDI and BPI, Freeland is completing its seventh external growth transaction in six years. This move aims to strengthen its staffing division and consolidate its market position.

Founded in 2014, Mindquest has established itself as a key player thanks to its platform using algorithms and artificial intelligence to optimize recruitment. With a community of 400,000 freelancers, the company has generated revenue of €37 million and has international locations.

This acquisition is part of the Freeland Group's strategy of diversifying and expanding its offering to become a benchmark platform in Europe serving independent businesses.
