Update of IDI voting rights and shares as of December 31, 2024
The investment company IDI has communicated the total number of shares and voting rights making up its share capital as of December 31, 2024. The capital consists of 7,188,633 shares. The total number of gross voting rights amounts to 12,583,802, while the total number of net voting rights is 12,528,872. These figures comply with the legal requirements in force, in particular Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Articles 221-1 and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. The net voting rights take into account shares deprived of their usual voting rights.
