The company reported a strengthened financial position, bolstered by convertible notes from long-term investors. The Board of Directors reviewed and approved a new cash-flow plan, ensuring the company's capability to meet financing requirements for the next twelve months.

The statutory auditors noted a material uncertainty related to going concern, but the Board confirmed the validity of the going-concern basis. As of December 2025, Aliko's cash stood at €1.03 million, with liabilities at €5.74 million. The company estimates a €700k reduction in liabilities for 2026 and successfully issued three convertible notes worth €688k to boost liquidity.
