Imerys Initiates Share Buyback Program
On April 10, 2026, Imerys announced the launch of its share buyback program, as previously authorized by the Annual General Meeting. The initiative aims to support the coverage of free share grants and employee share plans, aligning with provisions in the French Commercial Code. The company plans to buy back up to 400,000 shares for a maximum of €12 million over 27 Exchange Business Days.
The buybacks will be executed through forward transactions handled by an investment services provider. Imerys intends to acquire the shares by April 2027. This program aligns with Imerys' strategic objectives to enhance value for stakeholders while fostering employee engagement through equity participation.
