Imerys Launches Cash Tender Offer and Plans New Notes Issuance
Imerys has announced a cash tender offer for its existing €600 million 1.5% notes due January 2027. Concurrently, the company intends to issue new Euro-denominated fixed-rate notes under its EMTN program, dependent on market conditions. The tender offer, described in the memorandum dated 12 November 2025, is capped at the principal amount of the new notes, with Imerys retaining the discretion to adjust this amount. The offer begins on 12 November 2025 and concludes on 19 November 2025. Final results are expected on 20 November, with settlement anticipated by 24 November.
