Imerys Launches Share Buyback Program
On June 4, 2025, Imerys initiated the implementation of its share buyback program. As publicly announced on March 26, 2025, and authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting on May 13, 2025, Imerys has entered into an agreement with an investment services provider to repurchase a portion of its shares. The mandate allows for purchases up to 12,775,000 euros and must be completed by October 31, 2025. The share buyback will not exceed the price set at the Company's Annual General Meeting.
The main objective of this program is to support and cover bonus share allocations and shareholding plans for Imerys' employees and corporate officers. These allocations are in line with legal schemes outlined under the French Commercial Code. Such initiatives are part of the company's ongoing strategy to reward and incentivize its workforce.
