Imerys Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions at Annual Meeting
On May 12, 2026, Imerys held its Ordinary Shareholders’ General Meeting in Paris, chaired by Patrick Kron. All resolutions proposed by the Board were approved. A significant point included the presentation of the 2026-2030 SustainAgility roadmap.
The financial results for 2025 were approved, and a dividend of €0.75 per share will be distributed on May 22, 2026. Shareholders also endorsed the compensation policies for 2026 and the re-appointments of Stéphanie Besnier and Véronique Saubot as directors for another three years.
The company's registered office will move to 7-11 quai André Citroën, effective September 1, 2026, and the share buyback program was renewed. The Board consists of eight members, adhering to gender balance requirements.
