IMMO BLOCKCHAIN publishes the exercise price of the 2026 warrants online
IMMO BLOCKCHAIN has announced the exercise price for the seventh period of its share subscription warrants (BSA 2026), opening on September 19, 2026. This price is set at €0.36, representing a 15% discount on the average of previous closing prices. It will respect the par value of the shares, which is €0.10.
The 2026 warrants are attached to the shares issued on March 16, 2026, and this exercise period will end on September 30, 2026. The calculation is based on the stock prices of the four days preceding the opening of the period, adjusted for the discount.
