ONE EXPERIENCE adjusts the exchange ratio of the 2025-2 Warrants
ONE EXPERIENCE, Europe's leading hybrid hospitality group, has revised the exchange ratio for its 2025-2 share warrants. Following the capital increase of March 12, the initial ratio published on March 20, 2026, was 19.032 warrants for one new share. Technical constraints at Euroclear necessitated this adjustment.
From now on, the parity is expressed as a fraction of a share rather than a fraction of a warrant. Specifically, 19 warrants (BSA 2025-2) will allow the holder to subscribe for 0.998 shares. This change aims to simplify the technical management and execution of warrant-related transactions.
