ONE EXPERIENCE strengthens its strategy with ONE HOSPITALITY ASSETS

ONE EXPERIENCE, a European hybrid hospitality group listed on Euronext Growth Paris, has announced the structuring of its ONE HOSPITALITY ASSETS platform, in collaboration with Groupe Dassin and Widiane Mendes of Byron Gestion. This initiative marks a crucial step in the company's expansion in the hotel market. The platform aims to invest in hotel assets (both buildings and businesses) through strategic acquisitions and integrated management focused on value creation.

ONE EXPERIENCE is currently evaluating several opportunities to acquire hotel assets, announcing projects that are already at an advanced stage of analysis. This approach is part of a strategy to strengthen its tangible assets and generate long-term recurring revenue. With this initiative, ONE EXPERIENCE confirms its focus on hospitality real estate and digital assets.
