ONE EXPERIENCE: Free Distribution of Subscription Vouchers in August 2025
ONE EXPERIENCE (ALEXP), the European leader in the hybrid hospitality sector, announces the free allocation of share subscription warrants to its shareholders in August 2025. This initiative follows a capital increase planned for July, allowing shareholders to increase their commitment to the company.
The warrants allow for the subscription of additional shares at €2.50, offering a premium of 57% compared to the price on July 11, 2025. Up to 600,000 shares could be issued, representing a potential additional capital of €1.5 million.
This transaction aims to reward shareholder loyalty and finance the strategic development of ONE EXPERIENCE, particularly in the accumulation of Bitcoin and the expansion of land activities, according to President Edouard Masseau.
