ONE EXPERIENCE: Return to profitability and strong growth in the first half of 2025

ONE EXPERIENCE, Europe's leading hybrid hospitality group, has published its half-year results for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2025. The group saw a significant increase in its performance, returning to profitability. EBITDA reached €115,000, an increase of 136%, while net profit climbed 103% to €27,000.

This improvement resulted from cost optimization and the digital and Bitcoin diversification strategy. Revenue also grew by 8%, driven by events activities. At the same time, the financial structure was strengthened, notably through a capital increase and the issuance of ORA, thus increasing cash to support its Bitcoin Treasury Company strategy.
