ONE EXPERIENCE strengthens its strategy with the acquisition of 20 Bitcoins
On October 28, 2025, ONE EXPERIENCE, Europe's leading hybrid hospitality group, announced the acquisition of 20 additional Bitcoins, strengthening its Bitcoin Treasury Company strategy. This transaction uses €1.9 million of the €2.5 million raised through the issuance of bonds redeemable in shares.
With this purchase, ONE EXPERIENCE now owns 22 Bitcoins, investing a total of €2,082,852, at an average price of €94,675 per unit. The company firmly believes in the strategic role of digital assets as a store of value and financial diversification tool.
Banque Delubac & Cie assisted in this transaction, providing services related to the acquisition of Bitcoins. Edouard Masseau, CEO, emphasizes that this approach reflects their desire to use Bitcoins as a lever for resilience and sustainable value creation for shareholders.
