CPI Europe Sells Bratislava Property Portfolio to WOOD & Company

CPI Europe Group has reached an agreement to sell a property portfolio in Bratislava to WOOD & Company. This transaction is in line with CPI Europe's strategy of optimizing its portfolio and presents a new investment opportunity for WOOD & Company's clients. The portfolio includes two myhive office buildings, a VIVO! shopping center, and a 3,200 sqm plot of land, offering a total of 70,000 sqm of space in Bratislava - Nové Mesto.

The transaction will occur in two tranches through a share deal, expected to be completed by the end of 2026. Tranche 1 involves forming a joint venture between CPI Europe and WOOD & Company, whereas tranche 2 pertains to the full sale of the portfolio. The first tranche is anticipated to close in the first half of the year, depending on regulatory approvals. This deal aligns with WOOD & Company's strategy to create unique investment opportunities across Central Europe.
