Implenia: Positive results for the first half of 2025

Implenia AG, a major player in the construction and real estate sector, has announced improved half-year results. The company recorded an operating profit of CHF 57.0 million, up 12.9% year-on-year. Revenue reached CHF 1.86 billion, an increase of 6.6%, while the order book jumped 9.8% to CHF 7.78 billion.

All divisions contributed to this momentum. The Buildings division, despite a decline in revenue to CHF 871 million, saw its EBIT rise to CHF 41.5 million, thanks in particular to successful real estate transactions. The Civil Engineering division recorded an increase in revenue to CHF 1,008 million, driven by transport infrastructure projects. As for the Service Solutions division, its revenue increased slightly, reaching CHF 123 million.

Implenia is projecting an EBIT of CHF 140 million for the 2025 financial year, a target reinforced by a strategy focused on diversification, specialization and the improvement of its financial structure.
