Implenia Secures Major Construction Contracts in Switzerland and Germany

Implenia AG has announced the acquisition of several significant building construction contracts in Switzerland and Germany, totaling over CHF 310 million. These projects, scheduled from 2026 to 2028, include various sustainable developments, enhancing living spaces and infrastructure for future generations.

Notably, in Vevey, Switzerland, Implenia will construct 182 condominiums in the "Jardins en Ville" quarter, using sustainable materials. The project includes commercial units and green spaces designed to Minergie-Eco standards. In Mannheim, Germany, a timber-hybrid residential project will feature 225 units, certified by the German Sustainable Building Council.

Additional projects in Germany include energy-efficient housing in Frankfurt, Munich, and Nuremberg. Meanwhile, in Payerne, Switzerland, Implenia is set to build Minergie-certified apartments. The contracts also extend to constructing operational buildings in Siegburg Prison and projects in the educational and pharmaceutical sectors.
