Cham Swiss Properties Completes Share Swap Acquisition
Cham Swiss Properties AG has announced an acquisition agreement with minority shareholders of its subsidiary, Bredella Beteiligungen AG. This deal involves a share swap, allowing Cham Swiss Properties to acquire a 30.9% stake and gain full ownership of Bredella Beteiligungen AG. The transaction is expected to conclude in June 2026, coinciding with a capital increase voted at the company's Annual General Meeting. The agreement includes allocating 1,427,668 registered shares as treasury shares.
The acquisition is based on the NAV from 31 December 2025, adjusted for dividends paid in May. This transaction will result in a 3% increase in the total number of Cham Swiss Properties shares, bringing the total to 48,906,622.
