Cham Swiss Properties Nominates New Board Members
On January 29, 2026, Cham Swiss Properties announced the nomination of Dr. Annelis Lüscher Hämmerli and Urs Simeon for election to the Board of Directors at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on May 4, 2026. They are set to succeed Dr. Felix Thöni and Prof. Dr. Annelies Häcki Buhofer, who have decided not to stand for re-election.
Dr. Hämmerli, a finance and risk management expert with a strong background in real estate, has held leadership roles at Swiss Life Asset Managers and served as CFO and Deputy CEO at Helvetia Group. Urs Simeon brings extensive experience in real estate development and construction management from his role at Fanzun.
The outgoing board members contributed significantly to the company's shift from paper manufacturing to real estate. The Chairman, Stefan Mächler, expressed gratitude for their service and confidence in the nominated successors' abilities to guide the company's future development.
