INDUS Expands Infrastructure Segment with Concrete Solutions Specialist

INDUS Holding AG's portfolio company, BETOMAX, has acquired a 70% stake in Beton- und Naturstein Babelsberg GmbH (BNB) to enhance its presence in the infrastructure segment. BNB, based in Potsdam, specializes in customized concrete solutions for architecture and construction, focusing on refurbishment, monument conservation, landscaping, and interior design. The company, known for projects like Tesla’s Gigafactory façade, has around 40 employees and generates €7 million in annual sales.

Dr. Jörn Großmann, INDUS Board member, highlights BNB's growth prospects in refurbishment and modernization, driven by increasing demands for sustainable construction. BNB's acquisition aligns with INDUS's strategy to strengthen its technology fields.
