INFICON Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

INFICON Holding AG has announced a transition in its Chief Financial Officer position. Dimitrij Lisak will take over from Matthias Tröndle as CFO, effective July 1, 2026. Lisak, who joined INFICON in January 2025, is currently Corporate Head of Finance & Controlling. He brings a robust background in financial leadership from his tenure at Hilti.

Tröndle, retiring after an 18-year career at INFICON, will step down on June 30, 2026. Chairman Beat Lüthi praised Tröndle's service and expressed confidence in Lisak's capabilities. CEO Oliver Wyrsch highlighted the smooth transition plan facilitated by Tröndle's collaboration with Lisak.

This decision aligns with INFICON's long-term succession planning, ensuring the continuity of financial strategy under Lisak's leadership. Lisak has a strong track record in international business management, which is expected to benefit the company's strategic objectives.
