Infotel Reports 3.5% Revenue Growth in Q4 2025 and Acquires Sesin
Infotel, a major player in digital transformation, has announced a revenue increase of 3.5% for Q4 2025, reaching €78.1 million. This growth was primarily propelled by the Services sector, which experienced a rise of 4.2%. Despite a slight overall decline of 0.1% in annual revenue to €294.5 million, this figure surpasses sector forecasts by Numeum.
The acquisition of Sesin, a specialist in EDM solutions, marks a strategic move for Infotel. Sesin's integration, effective from January 1, 2026, is anticipated to enhance Infotel's product offerings, notably complementing its Arcsys archiving solution.
Looking into 2026, Infotel is optimistic about improving profitability with plans to unveil a new development strategy in March. The company's hiring initiative in 2025 added 377 employees, signaling robust growth intentions.
