Infotel: Transactions in Own Shares Completed in Early December

Infotel has published details of the transactions in its own shares carried out between December 1st and 5th, 2025, as part of its share buyback program. These transactions were executed on the Euronext Paris market.

On December 1st, Infotel purchased 734 shares at an average price of €42.1281. On December 2nd, 682 shares were acquired for an average price of €42.0000. On December 3rd, 643 shares were repurchased at €41.5804. On December 4th, 677 shares were acquired at €41.1114. Finally, on December 5th, 366 shares were purchased at an average price of €41.0328.
