Infotel: Transactions in own shares from December 15 to 19, 2025

Infotel, a company listed on Euronext Paris, has published its report concerning transactions in its own shares carried out between December 15 and 19, 2025. These transactions are part of the share buyback program and were carried out on the XPAR market.

On December 15, a total of 777 shares were acquired at a weighted average price of €43.5206. On December 16, 770 shares were repurchased at €43.4313 each. On December 17, the volume was 779 shares with an average price of €42.6241. On December 18, 43 shares were purchased at €42.7860, and finally, on December 19, 779 shares were acquired at €43.0000 per share.
