Init Innovation Completes Capital Increase Successfully
Init Innovation in Traffic Systems SE has announced the successful completion of a cash capital increase through an accelerated bookbuilding process. The company issued 1,000,000 new shares, increasing its share capital by 10% to 11,040,000 shares. The placement price was set at €46.95 per share, generating gross proceeds of roughly €46.95 million.
The new shares are slated to start trading in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on June 30, 2026. The proceeds will boost Init Innovation's working capital, support large-scale projects, and enable both organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
In this transaction, Münchmeyer Petersen Capital Markets GmbH acted as the Sole Global Coordinator & Sole Bookrunner. The firm is committed to a six-month lock-up period, avoiding further share issues during this time.
