Innate Pharma and Sobi Partnership Becomes Effective
Innate Pharma SA has officially announced that its strategic partnership with Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (Sobi) is now effective. This development follows the expiration of antitrust waiting periods and the fulfillment of other necessary conditions.
The transaction includes a USD 75 million upfront payment and marks the start of the TELLOMAK-3 Phase 3 study for lacutamab in T-cell lymphoma. The first patient enrollment is anticipated in the first quarter of 2027. This study will support full approval applications for Sézary syndrome and mycosis fungoides.
Sobi gains exclusive global commercial rights for lacutamab upon potential accelerated approval and may assume full development rights with positive trial results. This collaboration exemplifies Innate's strategic focus in high met needs for cancer therapies.
