Innelec Multimédia signs a Dutreil Pact

On July 27, 2026, Innelec Multimédia announced the signing of a Dutreil agreement by Denis Thébaud and his children concerning the Nabuboto Holding, the company's main shareholder. This agreement, in accordance with Article 787 B of the French General Tax Code and position 2004-02 of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), establishes a commitment to retain the shares for a period of two years.

The agreement covers 1,630,770 shares, representing 53.10% of the share capital and 66.20% of the voting rights, based on a share capital of 3,081,130 shares. No automatic renewal mechanism is included. Denis Thébaud, founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, is the only signatory holding a management position.
