Innoscripta SE Reports Strong Growth in First Half of 2025
Munich-based Innoscripta SE, a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for R&D tax incentives in Germany, has announced a successful first half of 2025. The company reported significant growth across multiple financial metrics, signaling robust performance and expansion.
The number of customers increased to 2,100, up from 1,400 in the first half of 2024, marking a 17% rise. Consolidated revenue nearly doubled to €44.10 million, a 93% increase from the previous year. Similarly, consolidated EBIT grew by 127% to €23.80 million, with an EBIT margin of 54%. Consolidated net income after taxes also saw a substantial rise, reaching €15.99 million.
This impressive growth stemmed from digital process optimization and enhanced scalability of the Clusterix platform. According to CEO Michael Hohenester, the results highlight the strong demand and relevance of their software solutions for German companies.
