Interparfums Acquires Goutal Brand

Interparfums has announced the acquisition of the Goutal brand's intellectual property rights from Amorepacific Europe. The latter will continue to operate the brand under a license agreement for a limited time. Interparfums plans to further develop the brand starting in 2026.

Goutal, established by Annick Goutal in 1981, is renowned for its luxury fragrances. Its products, including the iconic L’Eau d’Hadrien, are known for their high-quality ingredients and are sold worldwide. The brand has previously generated annual sales between €10 and €12 million.

Interparfums' CEO, Philippe Benacin, highlighted the acquisition as a strategic move to expand their high-end fragrance offerings. Camille Goutal will continue to influence fragrance decisions, maintaining the legacy of the brand.
