Interroll Unveils Board Nominees Ahead of Annual General Meeting

Interroll Holding AG, headquartered in Sant'Antonino, Switzerland, has announced the nomination of Mrs. Barbara Bergmeier and Mr. David Kurmann for election to its Board of Directors. This nomination will be considered at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on June 12, 2026.

Mrs. Bergmeier brings a wealth of experience in global operations, having held key roles at BMW, Dräxlmaier, Airbus, and Jaguar Land Rover. Her expertise in manufacturing, supply chain management, and global operations will add diversity to the board's competencies. She is also nominated as an independent member for the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

Mr. Kurmann offers extensive knowledge in portfolio management and corporate development across various industries. Currently part of EGS Beteiligungen AG's Executive Team, he brings strategic consulting prowess, having managed complex M&A activities.
