Intershop Revises 2025 Forecast: Cloud Orders Surpass Projections, ARR Falls Short

Intershop Communications AG has adjusted its financial projections for 2025. The company has raised expectations for incoming cloud orders while lowering forecasts for net new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). This revision follows a surge in cloud orders finalized at the end of the fourth quarter, which now feature longer contract terms than initially anticipated.

The adjustment reflects a projected 8% increase in incoming cloud orders for 2025, compared to a previous forecast of a slight decline. Conversely, net new ARR is anticipated to fall below EUR 1.0 million, a reduction from the earlier prediction of EUR 1.0 to EUR 2.0 million. Revenue and EBIT are expected to align with mid-year projections. Full fiscal year results remain scheduled for release on February 18, 2026.
