Intershop Communications AG, a provider of B2B commerce solutions, has announced an extended collaboration with PBS Holding AG. This marks over 20 years of partnership as PBS Holding migrates to Intershop’s AI-powered cloud platform. The strategic move aims to bolster long-term resilience and support international growth.

PBS Holding specializes in paper goods, office supplies, and operates 11 online shops across three countries. The transition to a cloud-based system is expected to offer scalability and flexibility. Intershop’s AI capabilities, including the Intershop Copilot for Buyers, are set to enhance customer interaction and streamline purchasing processes.

The migration is scheduled for 2026, in partnership with certified Intershop partners. PBS Holding anticipates improved business integration, particularly in mergers and acquisitions.
