InTiCa Systems SE Delays 2025 Annual Reports Publication
InTiCa Systems SE has postponed the release of its annual financial statements for 2025. The company, based in Passau, announced on April 30, 2026, that the audit process is still ongoing. The audit is being conducted in partnership with Baker Tilly GmbH & Co. KG, and is expected to conclude by May 20, 2026.
Despite the delay, InTiCa Systems SE does not foresee major deviations from its previously disclosed figures from earlier this month, including its positive outlook for the 2025 financial year. Public and investors are advised to expect the publication of the audited financial statements on the new date.
The Board of Directors, led by CEO Dr. Gregor Wasle, is overseeing the process and maintaining communication with stakeholders regarding any updates.
