Crossing thresholds at INVENTIVA

The concert formed by Mr. Pierre Broqua and Mr. Frédéric Cren's family group recently announced the crossing of significant thresholds in INVENTIVA's capital. Received on May 9, 2025, their letter revealed that they had crossed the threshold of 10% of the capital downwards in December 2024, then holding 9.9997% of the capital and 17.60% of the voting rights. This change results from a capital increase of the company.

Additionally, on May 7, 2025, they again fell below the 15% voting rights threshold, reducing their position to 6.82% of the capital and 12.48% of the voting rights. This action follows another recent capital increase. Mr. Frédéric Cren also individually fell below the participation thresholds, highlighting the readjustments in INVENTIVA's capital structure.
