JP Morgan crosses threshold at Inventiva
On August 21, 2025, JP Morgan Chase & Co. announced that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of Inventiva's voting rights. This threshold crossing was achieved indirectly through its subsidiaries JP Morgan Prime Inc., JP Morgan Securities plc and JP Morgan Securities LLC, which hold 8,207,011 shares, representing 5.90% of the share capital and 5.40% of the voting rights of Inventiva. This movement results from an increase in the number of shares held through assimilation.
In addition, JP Morgan Securities LLC has individually crossed this threshold. According to Article L. 233-9 I, 4° of the French Commercial Code, JP Morgan holds 8,091,903 shares, including rights of use on shares through specific contracts.
