JP Morgan crosses thresholds in INVENTIVA's capital
On January 9, 2026, INVENTIVA, listed on Euronext Paris, received a notification from JP Morgan Chase & Co. regarding threshold crossings in its share capital. Initially, on January 5, 2026, JP Morgan had crossed below the 5% threshold of both share capital and voting rights in INVENTIVA, holding 9.49 million shares, representing 4.97% of the share capital and 4.66% of the voting rights.
On January 6, 2026, JP Morgan once again exceeded these thresholds, reaching a holding of 10.84 million shares, representing 5.68% of the share capital and 5.32% of the voting rights. This change resulted from complex share assimilation transactions through various contracts and depository receipts, activated by its entities such as JP Morgan Securities LLC and plc.
