Threshold crossings at INVENTIVA

On March 5, 2026, INVENTIVA received a declaration confirming that thresholds had been crossed by the group formed by Mr. Pierre Broqua and the family group of Mr. Frédéric Cren. It is noted that on March 4, 2026, these entities crossed below the thresholds of 10% of voting rights and 5% of share capital within INVENTIVA, with the termination of the shareholders' agreement established on September 12, 2016.

This event also marks the end of the concerted action between Mr. Broqua and the Cren Group. Mr. Frédéric Cren, the Cren family group, and Mr. Pierre Broqua have all individually fallen below the 5% threshold of voting rights. It should be noted that Mr. Broqua holds 3.04% of the voting rights, while the Cren Group holds 2.66%.
