This partnership, effective under the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable laws, aims to maintain an orderly market and boost share liquidity. Red Cloud, a Toronto-based firm, specializes in supporting mineral exploration and mining companies with market access and corporate profile development.
The contract outlines a monthly payment of $5,000 from Inventus to Red Cloud. Either party may terminate the agreement with 60 days' notice. Although arm's length, Red Cloud or its clients may hold interests in Inventus securities. Notably, Red Cloud's involvement is not as formal market makers.
This strategic move is designed to support market stability and liquidity for Inventus’ shares, enhancing investor confidence without offering performance-based compensation to Red Cloud.
