IONOS Group SE Initiates Share Buyback Program
IONOS Group SE announced the decision to commence a share buyback program. The plan includes acquiring up to 2,000,000 treasury shares, representing approximately 1.4% of its share capital. The total value of the buyback is capped at EUR 60 million, excluding additional costs.
The buyback is scheduled to start shortly and will continue until April 30, 2026. This initiative aims to support obligations from employee share option programs, among other purposes as authorized by the Annual General Meeting.
The authorization for this program was granted during an Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting on January 26, 2023. IONOS has previously repurchased 2,350,000 treasury shares, currently holding 1,153,361 shares.
The buyback complies with EU Regulations and IONOS may discontinue the program if necessary.
